I love the diversity in my life today. I feel so blessed with all the different avenues of work. In the last year, I have been blessed to do energy healings, officiate weddings, provide spiritual counseling, create inspirational prints, and delve back into marketing products that help make us Earthlings more conscious about how we’re living on this planet in relationship to others also on this journey. I will admit it makes it challenging to answer the proverbial “What do you do?” question – but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Being blessed with so many opportunities makes it really easy to take on too much and get pulled in many different directions. Because of that, I check in often with 2 things to make sure I’m on track: My ministerial vows and My personal mission, both of which I am excited to share with you here.

My ministerial vows:

I vow to seek the light of the Divine within all people (including myself) and to support others in also doing so.
I vow to be guided by love, service, gratitude, and humility.
I vow to live fully and mindfully, with passionate equanimity and a big sense of humor.

My personal mission:

To provide inspiration and healing to individuals so they may step more fully into lives of consciousness, purpose & joy

My life today is a world apart from my upbringing. I was raised in a suburban middle-class family about an hour north of Detroit. My background taught me to make it look good, but to squelch a lot of what was real to me – feelings, creativity, connection to Spirit. Doing so earned me a good amount of external success during my college and early working years, but it also had me drinking a lot and out of touch with anything really important. When finally I surrendered that this was not working as a way of life, I began my spiritual journey at the age of 33.

That journey has seen me down roads I never would have imagined. Interfaith minister was not in my plan, until it became clear the study itself was essential to continued spiritual growth. I considered energy work to be “woo woo” but could no longer deny its power and effectiveness the further I delved in. This path even gave me the gift of an all-too-brief marriage with a great love, blessedly sharing his final few years as his body was decimated by cancer. It was in the moment of his passing that I got 110% clear that, absolutely, there is something “on the other side” and that it was Love. All these are things I never would have thought would be a part of my script, my journey as I first began my friendship with the Divine.

Today I am honored to support others in many various ways as they venture down their own path. I have yet to give an energy healing where the person does not feel a shift – a release of the old and an emergence of their own power. It is always a blessing to see people step further into their dreams through the process of coaching. I especially love when someone shares that my writing brought them some nugget that supported them in that moment. Whatever the external service I am providing my client, what really is important is that they develop a greater love for themselves, compassion for others, and get to experience health, flow, and joy in their life.
