Wedding/Ceremony

Love alone can unite living beings so as to complete and fulfill them…for it alone joins them by what is deepest in them. – Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

wedding-ringsIt is always a special honor for me to officiate the union of two people and two souls. As an Interfaith minister, I work with a couple throughout the planning process to ensure that their ceremony reflects their love and their styles. Whether the wedding is spiritual, nondenominational, or more traditionally religious, each wedding is written with that couple in mind; each ritual included (or excluded) based on what they want their wedding to represent. Come the day of their wedding, I hold the space of the heart to help the couple and their guests fully experience each moment of that glorious day.

As your minister, my vow to you is to be present, compassionate, and honest…with a frequent outpouring of joy. If you want a creative, intimate, personal ceremony that celebrates you and your love, I would love to meet with you and see if the chemistry is right.

“You have given us the gift of yourself, walking us through each step of the way toward our union. There are no words left to express our gratitde…Our ceremony was beautiful.”

Other Ceremonies / Related Services:

Premarital Counseling:

While joyous, getting married can be stressful on the bride and groom and their relationship. It can also bring up unhealed issues about love, commitment, spirituality, and family. As an Interfaith minister, I am available to work with you on these issues – whether individually or as a couple.

Memorial Services:

As someone who has experienced a number of deaths of loved ones throughout my life, I am acutely aware of the importance of having a memorial service that captures and honors the spirit of the deceased. It would be an honor to work with you and your family to create a service that reflects your loved one and your relationship(s) with them.

Other Ceremony / Rites of Passage:

It has been said that where life has become a run-on sentence, ritual allows us to invite in the pause of a period by marking significant life events. Whether you are moving into a new home, welcoming a new child into the world, or marking a significant birthday, I am happy to work with you to create a ceremony that allows you to breathe in deeply the closing of one chapter and the opening of another.
